One Week on Lecithin
A week on this stuff has been quite an experience. I've been horny like never before and boners happen very quickly and seemingly spontaneously. I take 1 teaspoon of sunflower lecithin powder (in the middle) twice per day along with almond milk, wheat germ (on the right), cinnamon (on the left), & honey. I place it all in a bottle and shake it up. I down it in about 10 seconds cause it doesn't taste that good. Next week I'm going to increase the dosage amount to 2 teaspoons twice a day and see how it goes. So far I have not noticed any change in the amount that I cum only that I get hard more frequently, hopefully for the time being.
