Good Morning! It's October 1st, which means that it is the first day of the experiment yay!

I will be starting with an item called Sunflower Lecithin pictured below...



Lecithin is an essential nutrient that is required by your body, but not made in adequate amounts.

"It is a phospholipid based dietary supplement rich in Phosphatidylcholine (PC), Phosphatidylinositol (PI), Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid), which are considered beneficial to the brain and nervous system."[1]

If you read the post by Paul Wilson[2] he claims that it did increase his load seemingly in size and force. I have heard similar claims before on discussion threads and me's health blogs, which I will try to big up, but never purchased it. So, I feel it is fitting that we start with this  product.
